What we Seek
You hold the keys to your success. We all seek after that successful life and yes, some of us are looking in the right places for it. Sometimes, we seek after that “dream” job because we believe it will give us success. Other times, we seek after that house, car, or even a partner because we have convinced ourselves that it will bring us the success we are seeking. How about money? Too many of us believe that, if we had more money we would have a successful life. There isn’t anything wrong with seeking or having any of these items. What is wrong is believing that by seeking and acquiring them they will make you successful.
What’s Holding You Back from Success?
Do you know the real holdback to the successful life you are searching for is you? Yes, you are the only one holding you back as only you can bring this success to yourself. Remember, you hold the keys to your success.
Know Your Purpose and Find Success
I offer to you that, you were made with a purpose because it was deposited in you as seeds. All before you arrived on the planet. Your purpose is your role in this big picture called life. You ask, how do I know my purpose? Well, it is related to the things that you are drawn to. The things that you enjoy doing. Your success lies within your purpose and you must find it. When you are operating within your purpose, you are efficient, in the ebb and flow of your life and things seem to fall in place.
Let me tell you that finding this purpose is not always an easy thing to do. However, like a seed you plant, it goes through a process to bear fruits. It sprouts, develops into a plant, and eventually bear fruits. So are you on this Best Life journey for purpose and success. You may be in your sprouting stage and not your fruit stage. Pay attention to your details and become aware of your stage. This awareness will lessen your frustrations, as you will know where you are in your process to your purpose. Remember, you hold the keys to your success.
I implore you to pay attention. Find your purpose and find your successful life.

Is fear crippling you? Do you feel afraid of the news you are hearing about COVID-19? You are not a
lone. Fear is one of the most crippling emotions and can kill you if you don’t become aware. While we are in the “Stay at home Order,” let’s take control of our minds and how we see fear and deal with it. We don’t have to be stapped with fear in the COVID-19 season.
What is Fear
You can’t have doubt in the moment. When fear steps into your life, you must now deal with it in such a way that you become the winner. Fear is False Expectations Appearing Real. I want you to remember that.
Why Do We Fear and How it Manifests
When things happen and you believe that you have lost control or you have lost hope, that’s when fear can come upon you. Your heart races. Your palms sweat, and your breaths are shallow. Everything in your body feels like it’s tightening and you probably feel like you going to die because fear is being manifested.
How to Conquer Fear
On the Alphabet Circle Journey, which is a best life practice, fear is one of the emotions we bring awareness to, so we can deal with it in such a way that it never wants to come back. You must have a new mindset to conquer fear. So when fear visits with you, I want you to take long deep breaths and then do the following;
- Acknowledge fear and speak to it, “Fear, I know you are here but today is the wrong day.”
- Next, tell fear, “You have no power over me.” Repeat this three times.
- Next, repeat three times, “I am in control of my life.”
- Now empower yourself by saying, “I have the spirit of power and love inside me and you fear cannot shake that.” Do this three times.
- Next say to fear, “I choose not to be afraid as I am Love. I embody Love.”
- Take a few deep breaths and relax.
Do this exercise as many times as you need to, or until you feel safe. For additional information and things you can do please get a copy of my book at Amazon
Please leave me a comment to let me know how this worked for you and let me know where you are on your fear journey.

Relationships are flowers you grow in your life garden. Which flowers did you plant in your Life garden? We’ve all created a relationship farm on this earth. Since the time we were born, we have been planting. Yes, we have been planting relationships. Every interaction in your life is a relationship. It can be business or personal. The same rules apply as to how they form and when and how they leave.
You planted several relationships in elementary school and some of those folks are still with you. Same for high school, college, work, church or social club. You meet folks daily in other settings and foster relationships with them too. So now, take a look at your relationship Life garden and see whats in it. Do you have those roses relationships? Beautiful but dicey? What about evergreens? Always predictable and can be relied on. These are the ones that are there through thick and thin and won’t fade away no matter how rough the ride gets. What about those lilies relationship? They start out so beautiful and strong and looks like they would last a long time but only in a short moment they fade away?
Which Flower are You?
Let’s explore. Roses are beautiful but filled with thorns. They represent the people who you have great relationships with but upon a closer look they are dicey. From afar, these roses relationships look and smell good, but as you look closer you see the cracks. Can you identify a few of these kinds of relationships in your life? Don’t be alarmed because all is not lost. You can work with these relationships and gently trim the thorn over time.
Evergreens lasts and are resilient. Always, looking green no matter the season because this is who they are at the core. We all need to have some evergreen relationships to keep us in balance. Can you think of some of your evergreen relationships and what those folks mean to you?
Lilies represent short term relationships because the life of a lily is never long. They bloom in the most beautiful colors, but they only live a few weeks, before they die. When we see lilies, we know that the Spring season is upon us. We know we are getting ready to grow. Lily relationships are those that are short but sweet. They did not last long but you enjoyed them and they gave you hope. Can you think of some of your lily relationships and reminisce on how they made you feel?
As an author, I love hearing from my readers. This is what keeps me writing. Leave me a comment to let me know about your rose evergreen or lily relationships. Also, check out my Authors Web site at Https://www.thealphabetcircle.com

A Bunch of Banana
Life as a bunch of banana sounds crazy, but it is very sane. Do you know your life should be like a banana? You ask why? See, a banana never grows as a finger or one banana, all by itself. It grows as a bunch of bananas. And this bunch is made up of hands of bananas. You buy a hand of ripe bananas in the grocery store. Yes, even this hand of banana, though by itself at the time you bought it, is still with other fingers of banana. Yes, the fingers make up the hand just like it is on your hand.
What does the bunch banana concept means
What does this mean? Life was not meant to lived with you, by yourself. Just like the banana’s DNA being programmed to grow as a bunch, you were meant to be with and interact with other humans like yourself. This is what brings a human being to life. Being in relationships with others.
What should you Do
Find you some other fingers and hands, and grow into a bunch of humans, just like the banana. If you think about it, there are some other folks on this planet that can co-exist in a relationship with you. Find them and share your thoughts, ideas and opinions. Have a cup of coffee together. Think about what it is you like to do and find others who like to do the same. Join a meetup group as it can change your life.
Your Takeaway
What am I saying to you? Life is about fostering relationships. Think of yourself as and get you a bunch of interactions because this is good for your mental health. You don’t need to be alone because you don’t have to. You can be just like a bunch of banana, especially as we approach this Christmas season. Spend some time with others and see how it brightens up your perspective.

Life gave me lemons! I pondered what it meant for my life. Why, Oh Why, I asked. With no time to loose, I rolled up my sleeves and reminded myself, I was on my Alphabet Circle Journey™ and living my best life. Life had presented lemons, now what happens? You see, lemons can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on your perspective. I chose not to see lemon as the old car that was bought and the engine would not start. No way! My engine had to start. Life gave me lemons, but I was going to do something positive with it.
My Lemons Made Tea
With a winning mindset, I decided to make lemon tea, as I am very fond of hot teas. You see, raised in a system conquered by the English, hot tea became a part of who I am. Into a teapot of boiling water, I squeezed my lemons after rolling them on the table with the palm of my hands, so as to make sure all the juice would be extracted. Tea represents for me, something beautiful and good. It represents, good morning! The beauty of new dawn with great anticipation of the sun coming soon upon the horizon. Life gave me lemons and now I have tea.
Why I Made Lemonade with my Lemons
As the days rolled on, I grew thirsty. I needed to get a cold drink to quench such a thirst. Well, I had lemons and lots of them. I resorted to what I know very well to do. I made a nice tart drink of Lemonade. Not just a glass but a jug of it. Because I had so many lemons that this life had thrown at me, I could afford to splurge on the lemonade, and I made the best of it. I made sweetened and unsweetened so as to submit to my taste buds. So, here I was having hot and or cold lemonade depending on which was my preference at the time of drinking. I learned to love this lemonade because I knew it was my answer to my situation. My lemons became lemonade and I loved it. I change what could have been a bad situation with action. What have you done with your lemons?

Your life is a magnet. Yes, it is. You may not have thought of your life in this way, but it attracts and repels. Yes, this is what a magnet does. We learn in physics that magnetism is;
“a physical phenomenon produced by the motion of electric charge, resulting in attractive and repulsive forces between objects.”
Well, this is precisely what happens in your personal space. The people who need to be in your life will be attracted to your life, and the people who do not belong in your life will be repelled. You ask, how is that possible? There is a part of you call your soul, and this thing is smart by design. Your soul searches out the other person and gives you a feeling or sensation about that individual. The soul examines the aura of the person.
What you need to know is to be aware that your life is a magnet and it carries out its job to attract or discharge folks. Sometimes without you consciously knowing. When we live on The Alphabet Circle Journey, we learn that our awareness is heightened and we are in tune with our souls. We embrace those who show up, and we accept those who have been repelled.
So, how do you deal with the magnet of your life? You pay attention. You embrace your highs and your lows. Know that all things happen in your life for a reason. Don’t panic when things happen. Folks in your life will either stay, embrace you or help you or they will move on. Both options are necessary for your growth.
Leave me a comment to let me know about your magnet experience.
