Life is a Journey

Love a very Powerful Emotion

Today is the day when love is talked about by almost everyone. Love is a very powerful emotion and its feeling can propel one to the sky. The feeling of love or loving something or someone for some people, rearranges the way they see and do things. It just does “something” for the brain. Nothing is wrong with that. What is this love? God is love. Nature is love. The universe is love.

Love is also a natural law in the universe. It oozes it everyday, if you are paying attention. The sun rising each morning, warming the earth, and setting in the evening is love. Seeds growing and flowers blooming is love. The rain pouring down to water the earth is love. The snowflakes falling from the sky is love. The mountain standing tall and not falling over is an act of love. The rivers running to the ocean is love. The fishes swimming in the sea is love. The wind blowing manifests love. So love is everywhere around you.

Start practicing looking for love in all things. Yes, it is there. Start with you. Are you showing love in all you do. Maybe not, but this is the day to start working on it. It is never too late. When you start practicing love, you whole Being will change. You will start believing in miracles as the changes unfold in your life, and there will be no other way to explain them. Great people will be drawn to you as your aura sends love ahead of you where ever you trod. So this and everyday forward live love, think love, breathe love, eat love, sleep love, demand love, give love, walk in love, talk in love, correct in love and discipline in love. Let your motto for be LOVE.

Peace

Peace is most important to all of us. All of us want to live a life where we feel in control whether or not we can verbalize this. We all want to live a life where we feel we have peace. We tend to get frazzled when things seem out of control or not so peaceful. Rightfully so, as peace is one ingredient to living your best life. Having peace is a blessing and it brings self assurance. It allows us to focus on the things that are important to us and not the sideshows to our lives. It allows us to find our purpose driven lives. Having peace is good for your biology. It brings your blood pressure down. It soothes and calms your heart. It brings your spirit in alignment with your body. How do we find peace?

Past, Present, Future

Past present and future are three words that drive our daily conversation, but do they really exist? Let’s visit them. The Past! Oh how we spend so much time re-living the past when it does not exist anymore. We must rewire our thinking so that our lives can be full. The past used to be. It is no more. We no longer have it. That space is now a former space and is gone. Yet we spend a good portion of our lives trying to hold on to this concept. Unfortunately, while we are doing this we are not present in the now moment. DO NOT ENTER

DO NOT ENTER

Do Not Enter is a command. As  we move around in our communities on a daily basis we see many of these signs.  When we see a “Do Not Enter” sign, we all know what it means. We should not go past it for a reason which may be unknown to us at the moment. The area could be restricted or it could be the opposite direction of a one way street. It could be private property. It could be that someone placed it there to take off track. Regardless of the reason, we know not to go past such a sign. How many times have you been confronted with the mental Do Not Enter sign? Why I Decided to BLOG

What is the purpose of Life? As a child growing up I’ve always wondered about this question. It made no sense to me that you were born, lived and just died. It was puzzling, and deep within me I felt there had to be something else. This something else I have been chasing in hope of colliding with it. Deep in my soul, I was searching for the answers to this daunting question of life’s purpose. In my child view, life could not be just that bland, because that would make no sense. (more…)
