Let’s explore what it could be. Are there things in your life that just seem like a reoccurring decimal? That is, it happens over and over again? And do you respond to the situation the same way every time? If your answer is yes, then that situation may be holding you back for your best life experience.
Are there folks around you who never speak a positive word into your life? You feel unnerved every time you have to see them. When you walk away from them you feel terrible about yourself as a result of how they treated you? If you are nodding your head, then I’m here to tell you that those folks may be holding you back from living your best life. They are impediments to your soul.
Do you worry about what happened yesterday or what’s going to happen tomorrow? Do you take time to be present. That is, smell the roses? Yesterday is gone, so don’t focus on it. Tomorrow is not yet here. It is still in the distance, so don’t focus on it either. The present moment is all you have. If you are not focusing on the present, then you are holding yourself back from living your best life.
Do you B-R-E-A-T-H-E?
Breathe – Its necessary for you to be well on this journey so that you can feel in sync.
Rest- Rest is important for you to live your best life. Do it daily.
Endure-The race is not for the swift but for those who can endure.
Affirm- Affirm others and this will help you to live your best life.
Think- You always want to process what you see, hear and observe along this journey.
Help- Always help when you can. Life is about all of us being on this journey.
Encourage-Always encourage others as you have more to gain than to loose when you do this.
If you do not B-R-E-A-T-H-E then, you are holding yourself back from living your best life.
